ROBIN TODD

Robin has over thirty years in the marine industry on a wide variety of vessels worldwide. Throughout his career, he has logged over 200,000 miles. In 1989, Robin was a part of an impressive rowing team to re-enact Captain William Bligh’s incredible open boat passage and five team members rowed and sailed 4,200 miles unsupported from Tonga to Indonesia using only celestial navigation. Robin is known to be conscientious, trustworthy, reliable and above all an extremely hard worker. Through his guidance and adventuresome spirit, our guests are bound to have an excellent experience onboard TC.

Garth Dominy

Nationality: South Africa

Garth was born and raised in Sunny South Africa, although he was born inland, he later moved the beautiful coastal town of Sedgefield in the Western Cape. Garth has spent the last 20 years raising his beautiful daughter, and in his spare time volunteering for South African Coastguard (NSRI) where he eventually became Station Commander. Garth decided that he needed to fulfill a dream and a passion, so he decided to join the yachting world. Garth enjoys meeting new people, playing any kind of sport, be rest assured that you, your friends and family will be in safe hands when onboard TC.

Chef

Bastian Sibilia

Nationality: Bolivia – France

Bastian is a Bolivian-born, French Riviera-raised chef whose culinary journey began during an MBA in hospitality management. After honing his skills as an operations Manager in prestigious 5-star establishments, he followed his heart and opened a restaurant. Cooking in an open kitchen, he found joy in personally sharing his passion with his guests, creating unforgettable dining experiences. His journey led him back to Europe, where he immersed himself in the world of yachting in the Mediterranean, and later spent winters in exclusive ski resorts, delighting the same discerning clientele with his culinary creations. Throughout it all, his dedication to the art of cooking has only grown stronger.

Chief Stewardess

Camila Ramos

Nationality: Brasil – United States

Camila was born and raised in Brasil. She brings a wealth of yachting expertise to the team, having worked for 13+ years on private and charter yachts ranging in size from 30 to 80 meters. During her world travels, Camila has had the opportunity to experience such popular charter destinations as the Caribbean, The Bahamas, the Mediterranean, Mexico, Brasil and the United States. Camila is always eager to assist in every way to ensure guests have the most memorable vacation possible.

Second Stewardess

Brooke Warren

Nationality: British/South Africa

Brooke has ventured into a diverse variety of interests. She has a bachelor’s degree in Humanities at the University of Stellenbosch, majoring in English and History as well as an international certification in Wines and Spirits. Brooke’s passion for learning and engaging with people from the world over led her into the world of wine, where she spent over five years working at a Wine Estate. Her love of travel and service brought her onto yachts where she can combine all her passions in one job.

Bosun & 2nd Engineer

Travis Wilson

Nationality: South Africa

Travis was born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa, then at the age of 12 moved to the warm coast of Durban. There he discovered his love for watersports, mostly surfing, canoeing and sailing. After that he was a lifeguard in the US for two years before becoming a windsurfing instructor in Bali for a further two years and then a sailing instructor in Seychelles for a year. He had always wanted to get into the yachting industry but had always been busy elsewhere but now he has found the time to finally join the yachting industry. He has a great amount of experience in water sports and safety and his personality will have you laughing and enjoying each day on board.

Caroline de Silva

Nationality: Brazil

Originally from the wonderful city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Caroline worked in the business administration area in Brazil for 10 years. When she had the opportunity in 2018 to come to the USA to work for a private yacht captain, she decided to completely change her life, coming to a culturally different country with new perspectives and challenges. Today she has almost 4 years of experience in the yachting industry. Since 2019, she has held positions as second stew, solo stew, stew/cook and deck/stew on yachts from 48ft to 160ft. She is adaptable and determined to do her best to ensure guest satisfaction.

Chief Engineer

Dennis Coyne

Nationality: UK.

Dennis is from London. He grew up in the UK. After leaving school he went straight on to becoming a fully qualified electrician, running a successful business for many years. Just over 8 years ago, Dennis joined the yachting industry and soon became Chief Engineer. With his wealth of knowledge and applying his skill set from a trade background, there is never a problem too big. He takes unforeseen circumstances in his stride and always has a smile on his face. When not maintaining the engine room, you can find him out hiking or snowboarding. Dennis is a seasoned engineer and is proud to be working on board Motor Yacht TC.
